Shoot extract of wild peanut utilized in this study produced an organic foliar fertilizer at low cost with higher nutrient content. The study sought to determine microbial population present for plant growth and development. It also aimed at evaluating the efficacy of Arachis pintoi extract as supplement organic foliar fertilizer on horticultural and postharvest responses for tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). The result showed that plants applied with Arachis pintoi extract took fewer days to reach flowering stage and had more days of producing fruits up to the last harvest and have higher general acceptability than the other treatments.
