Knowledge Management has been constantly gaining popularity in various types of organizations in the past decade. This paper aimed to investigate the status of the research, development and extension (RDE) organization of a university as to the extent to which Knowledge Management practices were executed. It also aimed to explain the possible influence of organizational capacity to the execution of these practices. It was found that of the identified components of organizational capacity, organizational learning is most closely associated with the execution of Knowledge Management practices among RDE personnel, researchers and extension practitioners. It could therefore be concluded that a successful implementation of Knowledge Management practices relies largely on the organization’s ability to establish and encourage knowledge sharing among its members.
