Youth concerns are often neglected in development program/projects. The study determined the youths’ gender perceptions and needs on social issues affecting them. Using the descriptive method, both genders perceived adolescent social issues as slightly to least prevalent. Both genders were consistent that they “least” or “not” accept the issues on human sexuality, vices and prostitution. Human sexuality and prostitution likely affected the female while vices likely affected the male gender. All issues affected the youth in varying degrees, and need to be addressed to avoid worsening situations. Several consequences, and possible projects/activities and needs were identified.
