CLIENTS’ EXPERIENCE ON THE FRONTLINE SERVICES OF SLSU – TOMAS OPPUS

The Southern Leyte State University – Tomas Oppus implemented RA 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (ARTA) that aimed to provide efficient service to the public. This study sought to determine the level of compliance of the university to the requirements of ARTA through students’ experiences during the school year 2012 – 2013.The study showed that frontline services of SLSU- Tomas Oppus complied with the requirements of ARTA. It can be inferred that the objectives of ARTA had been met. Moreover, the students indicated that their level of satisfaction on the services provided was “Very Satisfactory”.
